07/10/2010 - New Retail Company

On October 1st, 2010, STATOIL ASA, moved its Retail business to a separate legal entity which is quoted on the Oslo stock exchange. The new company, Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA, will be responsible for retail operations in the Scandinavian and Baltic markets as well as Poland. More details can be found here.
