12/08/2011 - Less stress for EUROPE NET customers in case of a Breakdown

Europe Net introduces a more convenient way for ARAL, BP, ENI and STATOIL customers to get help in case of a breakdown. ROUTEX card holders are offered a single “00800-36768839” number that gets them in touch with the Europe Net emergency center from all countries – of course the service is “24hrs./7 days”. This new “00800-36768839” service replaces the country-specific dial-ins which will remain in service for some time to ensure that all customers in distress can reach Europe Net conveniently. The new service will provide support in the language of the country from where the call is made as well as in the language of the country where the card was issued. Please note that the Europe Net service is available only if your card was issued by BP, Aral, ENI or Statoil. OMV customers should continue to use OMV Service 24 international numbers.
